Game looks pretty good in motion. Like everything seen so far it's not a huge step forward in graphics but still a very pretty game with great art direction. I just hope the gameplay is good enough to keep you coming back for more. If it plays/feels like halo I think all will be good. Interested to see more on vs multiplayer.

I wonder when the game really comes out. One thing I don't like and that's the animations.

Yeah the animations look very "last gen" but with really feeling gameplay (what they do best) that could easily make up for it. I'm more worried about there being enough variety to keep this feeling fresh for more than a 6 month window. I don't see this being the world of Warcraft for the fps genre like they are aiming for.

My most anticipated FPS title for next gen (so far), I just hope the game is very fun and not a chore like Borderlands...nor bulletspongy (which doesnt seem to be the case).
Love the art and world and the fact its a RPG with so many customizations, really excited for it.

Doesn't Bungie animate alot of their stuff by hand?

They're developer screen shots, which means, more than likely, they used an offline hardware renderer to grab these.

The poly count seems pretty low on characters and enemies, animations are a bit lacklustre and textures/shaders aren't too hot (plastic action figures come to mind). But the art looks great, and compared to a lot of other cross gen titles, it looks pretty damn nice. Massive scale borderlands with persistent world and single/co-op/MP seamless mix...yes please. And coming much earlier then i imagined. Roll on spring.

It certainly isn't PC footage. That version doesn't exist!!!!!!!!!!

I guess, but would like to take screenshots of better quality than Fraps can afford, of course with realtime rendering it does not compare but so want(
