What can you say about this? if it's not the original team that did CoD4 (which I doubt, cause there's been so little time there) it's gonna be just average. If it's something better, simply amazing.

cod3 was made by treyarch as well and it was awesome. Treyarch will probably do a better job in this then IW, im pretty sure they wont take cod3 and give it pacific theme like IW took cod2 and gave it modern theme

I'd hope not, CoD3 was absolutely awful - whereas CoD4/CoD2 with a modern theme (as you call it) ended up resulting in one of the best games of the generation.
Don't forget that CoD3 was rushed, they only had 8 month back in the day when they got the green light from Activision to do an launch title, so they had to figure out how everything works, on the Xbox360.
