Page 1 2 >>they should bring the x series to xbla, not this nonsense
Can someone please tell me what so great about this new one, because to me it looks like crap compared to the other ones :S
People that didnt grow up with a NES and the original Megaman wont understand or appreciate this gem that Capcom has delivered us.
Looks awesome. Too bad the d-pad is a big steaming pile of garbage. For this game I guess I'm going to have to look into some instructions on how to fix the d-pad. *sigh*
Sorry, but you have to be pretty jaded not to see the pure win that this game is made out of.
Capcom is screwing gamers in so many ways, and you see it as some sort of gift..give me a break, you're part of the problem, this game is just a generic cash in on an old franchise , dynasty warriors retro style.
forget old school, this is garbage, they probably spent $90 developing this, and will charge people who think going backwards in gaming is retro coolness , $10 to purchase it when they should be charging $1.. proof positive that nostalgia parts fools from their money.
And as such, what a big step back it is to release a game like this and pretend that its "old-school". It just lacks everything we have come to expect and love from games.
Why not make a current-gen new Megaman?? Can still be in 2d (gameplay-wise) and a platformer, but with amazing physics (physics puzzles too instead of the same old god damn boring "get key, press switch, ride elevator" stuff).
And destructible enviroments perhaps? Being in 2d-levels, they could do some amazing stuff.
Why dont they even try?
Its just to milk out some quick cash. Like Pacman being released for xbarcade etc.
And no, im not a 14 year old gamern00b.. I played all the old megaman and mario games from the beginning.
I hope it runs at 60fps
You can't get a true Megaman experience without slowdown and sprite flicker.

sorry, i've played the games on emulators, i'm burnt out on old school gaming,

Playing this on a large screen is guna be horrible.
