This was the only game shown at the ps3 conference where I thought hmmm thats cool. The E3 showing this year was again quite disapointing from sony. To much CGI, not enough gameplay and no real jaw dropping news. Shame I sat and watched the stream waiting for a big announcement but one never came :(.
The 256 player game was destroyed firstly by its name, then the CG trailer :(
this, little big planet and resistance 2 where the stand out moments of the conference for me. things like loco roco 2, patapon 2, resistance PSP and ratchet PSN where cool but not ZOMG worthy. just waiting on what they show for killzone over at ign.
was about as good/bad as MS's conference imo. nintendo's was terrible tho.

At least Microsoft had the FF13 announcement, kind of big if you're into that thing.
In general, a very poor E3 though - since downscaling and re-scheduling, it's never been as good :(
