Outland, now that's how a platformer should play.
I really wanted to like LBP and played the demos for both games but I just can't stand the floaty feel, it just feels somehow...insipid and unsatisfying.
I agree, I love the whole building aspect but the actual platforming doesn't feel good to me. But can't you change the gravity in the editor mode?
i like the feel of the platforming personally. less "twitchy" then a typical 2D mario style platformer, and the "floaty" movements make sense to me considering you're controlling a 2 inch tall, wool filled hessian sack. lol.
this, much like modnation just seem to have been made for the vita. they just make sense.
