A step up from previous versions, but are these actual physics? They still look like canned animation to me. I was thinking something along the lines of backbreaker, but the Iphone game still has more convincing physics than these. They just look kind of jerky and predetermined if you watch it closely...

Yes, forget innovation, as long as companies just make as much money as possible churning out the same old crap every year that's all that matters. Not that a luddite like you would understand videogame innovation. When some guy can achieve more in a Kinect hack made 18 months ago than EA can bother to do in FIFA 13 don't you think there's something very wrong?:

A Kinect hater is a total luddite who can't explain their Kinect hate beyond "ITZ GOT NO BUTTONZZZ!" Kinect gives games developers more freedom than they've ever had to not just enhance current game types but create new ones, or at least create versions of old game types that are so advanced that they go beyoned just being enhanced. Capcom put it perfectly when they said "In a way by using Kinect we've opened the door to pretty much infinite possibilities in terms of control form". So EA were given every opportunity to innovate and to be fair the Tiger Woods team did but clearly the others couldn't be bothered to do anything other than tack voice commands on. Both Madden NFL 13 & FIFA 13 could have very obviously used Kinect well. Even Kinect Sports and Kinect Sports 2 managed more than EA as far as Kinect controls go for those 2 sports, lol!
