I would agree, the older mario party games are a BLAST with friends on a couch. It was so much fun double crossing and triple crossing friends in these games, the newer iterations seems to have made it more of a "friendlier" environment when it came to group play, which did take a lot from the enjoyment. They really do need to add back in that group competition mentality back in. I also enjoyed the button mashing part, even though it gave everyone blisters, haha they were "joy blister."
