We can finally share the trailer of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance at a decent quality (1080p) plus some screenshots. Produced by Kojima Productions and developed by Platinum Games, the game will be out in early 2013.

I feel as if this game has been in development forever (not quite as long as The Last Guardian but getting there) Hopefully turns out better than MGS4

Not sure how they'll be comparible seeing as one is a hack n slash and the other is a stealth shooter. Hopefully this will have the awesome cutscene-age of a real MGS release tho. Love me some MGS story. Although raiden as the main character, that's already kicked them in the ass once. And yes, he at least looks cooler now, but he's still a whiney bitch.

Game of the show for me. Since new DMC doesn't look good, NG3 sucks and Bayonetta 2 is unlikely, this my most anticipated game.

Really? That does not surprise me Konami have struggled big time with the 360/PS3.

it looks sharp so I'm assuming it's native 720p. Vanquish was ruined for me because of its SubHD resolution lets hope that isn't the case here.

marvel at the textures and the level of detail, shadows in particular. not being sarcastic at all... by far the worst impression visually I've gotten of this franchise. Hope they accidentally turned on the settings for the respective ps vita devkit.

hayashi the shit, added old weapons, same ninpos from older games, and the most important thing...decapitation. Things that could EASILY be done on current NG3 with patches and DLC, but no...they needed a stupid reason to make one version stand out from their shitty one they already released.

So, same shitty game in general with QTEs and so on, but with much better gameplay value behind it that should have been in the first place.

But you know, fuck all that, MG Rising will be the new Ninja Gaiden for Ninja Gaiden fans.

That is actually a good thing, because slicing everything in sight with as much precision as you want can get old really fast.
