E3: NFS Pro Street images

E3: NFS Pro Street images

And, finally, some images from Need for Speed: Pro Street, which seems to be the end of today's images from EA. They are actually from two different versions, PS3 and X360, so let the comparison begin.

Heh.

Screenshot 2: Tires are photoshoped and blured alloys as well as the motion blur around the image. Badly done, even the motion blur has wrong angle from the orginal image, you can notice that on the left side specialy. Also the scratches on the car have been modified to look more contrasted (how come the mirror is not scratched when its sticking out more? :P).

Screenshot 3: Both cars have wheels photoshoped. Small touches to shadows.

Screenshot 4: The car was added to this background on top of another car (you can see a bit of it behind the smoke. Smoke itself is made in photoshop (and poorly done) as well as small blur on left side of the car.

To EA marketing: If you are trying to bulls**t us at least do a better job. If you pay me right even I'll do it better :P

Lol, yeah. I can get the same job done, just better. And I'm not even very talented with photoshop.

The shame is, that the majority will believe in these screens. :-/

Gotta love how's there no jaggie in sight on these screenshots.. Super high res with lots of AA..

Nice try EA.. Now give us some 'real' screenshots of the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions..

Bullshots as usual. Nothing to conclude out of these shots. We'll just have to wait for real ingame screens or videos.

It's not much bullshots, erhmm.. wait, there's like 1000x anti-aliasing + fake blur added with photoshop on the rims. And the rest?

And if I say so myself, it looks HOT..!

About the game

What's up?
  • Nietzsche
Nietzsche What bothers me most is it truly is creating gambling habits in small kids that also play these games (4 Hours ago)
  • Nietzsche
Nietzsche @KORNdog: exactly, it’s nothing short of predatory. It’s literally using reasearch about the chemical reactions of the human brain to get people to spend more money than they want to (4 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog They want you spending hundreds amassing a room full of dollar store garbage while you search out a t-shirt that actually looks like it wasnt designed by a monkey, (4 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog I don't like lootcrate/nerd block for the same reasons. Yes you MIGHT get something cool, but that glimmer of hope is exactly what those companies are exploiting. (4 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog But obviously thats just a single pay ent pirchase. Pubs want you spending weekly unlocking content you might not not even want or need. (4 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog @Nietzsche: i agree. There os no justifiable reason to have the randomised element of loot boxes. The stuff should just be avalible in a store and you pay for what you want. (4 Hours ago)
  • Nietzsche
Nietzsche but I do think overwatch does it in a much less harmful way than most others (6 Hours ago)
