Quite a short video but nice quality. Perhaps too much slowmotion, but it looks like it's one of those games like Virtua Tennis, and for that price, it MIGHT be game worth checking out. I would love a demo for that.

Seems like they are there when you try to spin the ball, but I can be wrong.

I would say that slowmo is ingame since tabletennis is a fast sport and it would be almost impossible to control the ball otherwise....
