Does this game literally take place throughout the entire US like they said?

I mean i know in like Flight Simulator and stuff like that they can do that stuff, but to fully model each city with inter-connecting freeway systems and offroad exploration in-between seems impossible, not only to fully develop, but space restrictions too as i dont see 25GB Blu-Ray being enough, unless they used Dual layer 50GB discs, then maybe.

Not even any cosmetic damage? After the trailer showing cars being completely torn to shreds i was hoping for some next gen physics based damage :(

In the first video there's a crash which goes slow-mo, my thinking (read: hoping) is that damage is planned, just not implemented in this early build.
