Enchanted Arms has been released 2 days ago in the US, and Ubisoft decided to release this new trailer for this event. It's worth mentioning that this game can be played with either the original japanese voices, or a new american dub.
I'd love if those of you guys who played the game could post some impressions ? we dont get the game here in europe until sep 8th and i'd love to hear what you guys think about it.
I'm here in the US and I want impressions too. I'd like a good RPG.. yay for Japanese as an option! This gives me hope that some of the other titles Ubi has their hands on won't be (too) horribly mangled.
If you love rpg this is the way to go, if you are a hardcore or softcore rpg fan this is the way to go
the voice acting is not bad except for one person which i wont mention.
Fantastic graphics and a great epic storyline.
though i cant say im thrilled by the way they talk to eachother (meaning pictures pop up of the characters one on the left screen and one on the right screen)
i would say this is a better buy then saints row in my opinion, the online is not great of saints row
i see that enchanted arms says online multiplayer and somethin about co-op
i am not going to do co-op till i beat the game of course, im about 6-7 hours into the game and its fantastic , but i cant say i know what the online is actually like if there is any.

You haven't played the game yet to make that claim.....Anyways, buddy of mine has it and he's a H U G E JRPG fan (like if Op and Jollipop had a son) and he told me the game is pretty average and mediocre in pretty much all departments.

hmm im surprised ur friend thinks that panzer, hes not a huge jrpg fan in my opinion then, he must of not gotten far enough in the game or something... i dont see anything that is mediocre? not the graphics fighting or voice dialogue. the characters seem well tuned in voice acting
well if you watched the vids on here before, there was jap voices , but i personally htink english voices beacuse it feels more realistic, but then again i speak english so why would jap voices be better to me :D

He's about 20 hrs into the game and don't reply with one of those "Well if he's played it that long, he must like it."

Panzer: Your friend just confirmed what I've been hearing all over. Shame, because I heard that this was a few steps from being a masterpiece but a few aspects held it back (such as graphic issues, tedious combat, weak storyline, voices).
wtf the game is BUGGED !!! im at the infernal temple and i cant go in, all the walkthroughs call it somethin different , efreets shrine, this is infernal temple, NOOO i cant go in and there is no where to go @_@

Commented on 2006-08-31 15:18:05the game as a whole (so far, only 4-5 hrs into it) is really fun and suprisingly deep gameplay/story line.
combat is not too dull where you jst want to throw the game away every battle, it is quite fun in battle.
if oblivion wasnt ur type of rpg then this is the way to go.
basically if this game looks at all appealing to u, id say to get it, even at $60 US
a better buy over saints row, imo
