Codemasters released a new dev diary focusing on F1 2010's weather effects. It was about time the British publisher decided to bring back the rain in one of their racing games.

That's why I'm buying the PC version. framerates won't be an issue and you can mod out the brown filter.

Man, that rain looks good. and its awesome that the cars dry the track where they drive, creating different traction and tire wear characteristics. For true F1, this might be better than GT5, which (reportedly) has no weather effects.

Shit or i mean shift was about driver effect this will be rain/heat game. No game comes close to my favourite. Looks like the destiny is clear - no real driving simulator this year, besides GT ofcourse.

There is no excuse for a simulation racing game to have poor frame rates after Forza 3 released. Not only does Forza 3 have a very demanding physics engine it also runs at 60 fps solidly.

It looks good. Their all racing games have been 30fps and all have looked great. Hopefully this is more sim as it is supposed to be

I hope they they upgrade to 60FPS on F1 2011, it would really help the flow of the gameplay(they already nailed the graphics).

As good as it looks I could never get excited about F1... It's just NASCAR with more turns =P I like to see bigger car and tuning variety
