That sounds like it could be a marketing line for bluray...

But usually a HD video just bumps the old version with an update.

And its talking about WoW lol.. Looks like a paste of patch notes or some other piece of jiberish. The trailer doesn't show much though.. abit disapointing/pointless to me..
