The game looks beautiful and impressive, but I still think that with all the power of the 360; the developers would stop using the easy approach for tree rendering. I can't complain though considering that the game under the mask is just an enhanced port of the original. Again, I can't complain because none of us have actually played anything this beautiful until now. In a year from now when the Xbox360 unleashes it's true power, no one will even care about this title or any of the 1st round titles.

Looking forward to this one, two games for the price of one, plus an awesome map editor with added tunneling tools! :)

looks good, but Crysis is coming to 360 so this game wont last long.

When asked whether Crysis would appear on consoles at the GDC, a Crytek representative said they are only working on a PC version right now. Considering the original Far Cry spawned 3 console sequels it's a safe bet it'll be ported, but I wouldn't expect to see it for a while. If you want a tropical jungle FPS on the 360, Predator will be the only game in town for a while.

Looks acceptable especially if it runs well. Would look far better with some AA but will do as-is.

Funny though, games that make use of the 360's "free AA" are very thin, especially for native 720p resolution (Fight Night and...?) while others manage to even run 640x480 without AA (unacceptable).

AA is turned on. No matter how much AA is turned on, you will pretty much ALWAYS see jaggies in screen shots. It's when it's in motion that really matters however.
