seams a little suspect here, graphicly superiour to anything out at the moment, visually stunning with no trace of jaggys ect.

if these are indeed taken from a psv then all my current gen gonsoles will be heading very fast to the nearest game retailer to be traded for a psv though i seriously doubt these are actual gameplay screens, looks good though.

The pictures here are 960X544 pixels, 239dpi with colour of 24 bit. Pretty much exactly Vita's specs, so even if they have AA'd them up, they are at least somewhat believable.

If that is fully representative of the visuals, then it makes you wonder what EA are at with the fully fledged console versions. Honestly, there is very little difference there, at least from what I can see from the normals on those screens. Physics, animations: that's another thing.

Its not far off the graphics from the regular console versions. I think the grass is a lower resolution texture, and I am sure the players/ball won't have as many polys but on a screen as small as the one on the vita, it'll look pretty darn good.

Do remember the PSVita can do about as much as current gen consoles, because of its Quad core cpu, and RAM, but on a lower resolution. Plus all games are optimized for this one type of hardware (instead of ps3 / xbox 360 / wii?).

Look pretty, but it's touched up of course. As if AA would be necessary (haha, you won't even see it) on a screen with that pixel density..

Also there is not that much action going on here. Bland environment, and detailed characters. I think this is easily done on this hardware. I am no fanboy or whatsoever! Cause I can't wait to play Mario World 3D :)

What's up?

Tiz @GriftGFX: I think MS were in full on panic mode because they wanted to add value to their box, so they showed everything. (14 minutes ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Yeah they just need to actually implement some of that stuff. They're charting an interesting path. I feel like they showed this game off before they knew what it was. (15 minutes ago)
  • Tiz
Tiz For instance, in Destiny, the whole point of getting loot is to get better equipped to do raids for better equipment to do raids for better equipment and sometimes Iron Banner. (16 minutes ago)
  • Tiz
Tiz @GriftGFX: It really depends how they approach it. If you can upgrade your ship, crew etc to navigate more dangerous parts of the sea then it will be a dangling carrot scenario. (17 minutes ago)
  • Tiz
Tiz Also, like the Division you have to cash in the loot before people steal it for themselves. The Division ran into the problem of just allowing anyone in the instances. (19 minutes ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX And like.. what's the purpose of the loot itself. (19 minutes ago)
  • Tiz
Tiz @GriftGFX: I feel like what the loot is will determine the way people play. Will there be the standard common to Legendary loot? Will some loot be harder to navigate to, if so, will it be worth it? (20 minutes ago)
