Electronic Arts released all these images of 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa, the game that will allow you to change the course of history by playing the world cup and even the qualification process.
Likenesses are starting to actually get there, shame its taken half a dozen games to do it though. Rooney seems to be damn near impossible for them to get right.
Am I the only one who thinks this is such a rip off? EA could have easily released this as an add-on to Fifa10, but it will sell no doubt so money makes the world go round. Fifa10 has club teams from all over the world + national teams, I hope they don't expect people to pay 60$ for a game that's less than half a content of Fifa10...

No, you're not the only one, but you can hardly blame them seeing the World Cup comes about every 4 years and they are in the business of making money, so it's "ka-ching!" as far as EA are concerned. It could have easily have been DLC, though, but if the game comes out at 30-40 quid, then they can fuck off. It's not as if we all have to buy it, though. Those who didn't buy the previous Fifa's and who just want a World Cup based atmosphere will be in for a treat, though, considering the improvements in gameplay over the already impresssive Fifa 10.

I hope they don't put the extremely annoying Vuvuzela's in the game.
Unfortunately they have, although I heard a rumour there's actually a sound slider setting just for them.
Personally I have no interest in buying this, Fifa10 was a buggy mess that never should have been released in such a state, manager mode is bugged to the point of being unplayable.
