First 10 Minutes: Lego Indiana Jones

First 10 Minutes: Lego Indiana Jones

Lego Indiana Jones has hit the stores all over the world on PC, PS2, Wii, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Nintendo DS and the PSP, following the release of the new Indiana Jones movie. We covered the game in an episode of Gamersyde Diaries, and here are the First 10 Minutes from the game.

I've played it both alone and with several friends, and we all laughed at the silly humour in this game. If you take this as the simple game it is, I think it's really easy to enjoy. The game has its design flaws mentioned in the Diary, but to me it didn't matter as you gets revived within a second anyway. Sitting with friends, it more or less became a laughing matter as it's supposed to be so easy to finish "a kid's game", but we still fell over the ledges time after time.

The graphics looks great and while I agree on that it might be hard for some to pay full-price for it, I still recommend it as a game worth to try out, specially if you can do it in the co-op mode. The video below show the upcoming levels after the demo ends.

They don't speak the whole game? Is it the same in Lego StarWars?

He burns is ass instead of his hand? Lame

Otherwise this looks amazing even though it looks like it plays down the whole Nazi deal

Really great game, the levels are a lot larger and more interesting than they were in Star Wars. Unfortunately, it's the opposite for the characters, there's little reason to be anyone besides Indy and a the female characters, most of the other characters you can unlock are generic tribesmen and henchmen, where as Star Wars had hundreds of guys that were fun to play as.

Still, can't wait for Lego Batman, I'm never going to get sick of these games.

What's up?
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 EDGE is well above ripping games a new one though. They don't exactly need to have emo fits to put them on the map. (5 minutes ago)
  • Megido
Megido I agree that i'd rather see honest reviews, but i don't know if 5/10 for dragon age is honest or "look at us ripping this game a new one!". (12 minutes ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 A load of crap would be a reviews outlet getting in line and copy/pasting the average on metacritic just to ease your mind, Doom. I hope to god people continue "sucking" and being honest. (43 minutes ago)
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer @Megido: didn't know about the metacritic score...that review pissed me off though..5/10 what a load of crap. (1 Hour ago)
  • Megido
Megido @Doom_Bringer: do you really think one bad review is going to have that much of an impact on a game that has a 91 on metacritic? (1 Hour ago)
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer @GriftGFX: it hurts the developer and sales...are they likely to make another if the game scores bad? Edge sucks (1 Hour ago)
  • GeRaLTo
GeRaLTo @Baleur: 80% of reviews are written by "drones" .Ign, eurogamer, teamxbox, gamespot etc are nothing but companies. Who cares 'bout theirs "reviews" anyway (3 Hours ago)
