I love when people throw that out there without any actual reasoning behind it.

Yeah it looks engine rendered to me.

do you know much about PC's!, a GTX 780ti could easily render these images in real time and not even break a sweat.

Bullshots? I think it looks like quake with high res textures and detailed models, very boring and uninspired.

^ someone who never grew up with space hulk in the 90's.

^ No, just someone who was never interested in it, thought it looked stupid when I was 9, still don't think it looks good now. With how hard people are on games nowadays, I doubt it will gain any footing, or leave any sort of impression on any gamer, on any platform.

Just what I think though.

About the game

Moonwalker @KORNdog: Speaking of Spiders, I finished Technomancer yesterday. Fun game but dragged down by WAY too much backtracking and lack of different locations. (50 minutes ago)
  • Moonwalker
Moonwalker @KORNdog: I'm not far enough into the game yet but I heard the game world is very interesting and full of great quests with multiple choices. Those kinda things sound great to me. (52 minutes ago)

KORNdog i honestly think they'd do better making something on a smaller scale. like an isometric action RPG. that spiders (developer) could do with going that direction too. (1 Hour ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog @Moonwalker: it just looks like a typical game from them to me. like they bit off more than they can chew and the results are just mediocrity across the board. (1 Hour ago)
  • Moonwalker
Moonwalker @KORNdog: the facial animations are bullshit yes, animations in general are passable, combat isn't nearly as bad as I expected though. The world so far has been great, very very nice indeed. (1 Hour ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog @Moonwalker: it still looks all kinda of garbage though. lol (2 Hours ago)
  • Moonwalker
Moonwalker tearing was horrible, not to mention loading times. Plus it really doesn't look too bad either. Trees and foliage swaying in the wind, nice lighting. Good job PB. course all the jank is still there :) (2 Hours ago)
