E3 showing was disappointing. They still havent fixed the dodgy camera. And the ragdolls are still laughable when they're dead on the ground and you move over them

The Devs said in one of the first Interviews, that they are going to use the same ragdolls for Dark Souls, so that's not news.

rag dolls in demon's souls where awesomely hilarious. plus they let you have some form of interactivity with the "dead" without them getting in the way. gears of war seems to use the same "light and floaty" rag doll physics. but better to have them light and floaty, then blocking your path imo.

I actually really liked the floaty ragdoll physics to be honest. Had fun kicking things off cliffs :) Though I could see how it could take away from the experience for some people - dead bodies becoming like paper.

About the game

Melmoth ..which has been a problem for me. (17 minutes ago)
  • Melmoth
Melmoth also helps if you easily get nauseous driving/flying in VR as what you see is more in sync with what your body feels. (17 minutes ago)
  • Melmoth
Melmoth sorta like force feedback wheels and rumble on gamepads are feed with data (20 minutes ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts @Melmoth: Yes, I've read all of the description. It works for games, music, movies, TV shows and other type of videos. As well as for just relaxing. It's a great idea for increasing immersion. (21 minutes ago)
  • Melmoth
Melmoth motors which is in the seat. Like how (positive) g-force will activate the seat motors on each side of your thighs to simulate that effect (24 minutes ago)
  • Melmoth
Melmoth @Sdarts: The thing with this one is that it isn't just a soundmodule responding to frequencies. This taps into the games (see supported list) and gets data from them, processes and applies to the 8 (25 minutes ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts Btw, you can fly in the backseat of fighter jets by the US Navy, but it costs an arm and a leg, or you need to be very famous to be able to have a request approved. (30 minutes ago)
