"Name this cockpit!". Sixteen characters posted on the Twitter account of the developers of Forza Motorsport 3, that have spread all over the world for the last twelve hours.

Less for the harmless quiz than for the small picture that was uploaded besides it, and for a good reason. Behind the windows of the vehicle, you'll easily recognize New York City. It's not the first time that the big apple appears in the series, but its return had yet to be announced. Now it's done. And if you want to know the answer to the quiz, it's right here.

hmm.. hated the track, and i would like to see some NEW tracks, not just rehashed tracks from FM1 and FM2 as the majority of tracks.

There are new tracks, but as far as the ones that have been revealed so far are concerned, most of them are fictional. Look here for more info.

The pic is low res, but you can clearly see that the modeling on the interior is terrible made, it also looks dull and plasticy.

trolling seems to be a must for GT and F3 threads. What is it about racing games that brings out the worst fanboy apect in so many gamers? This genre seems to get more graphics comments and less gameplay comments than any other genre I notice. Funny too, considering how in the racing genre, gameplay is more important than any other genre I have played.

New york again! That course is so boring, its just two straights with 4 turns. I would much rather they brought back Tokyo Circut, or the Dockyards from the first game.

Most people/reviews rejected PGR4 as not being the second coming they were hoping it to be... anno 2009 people want to see more day/night time cycling and weather effects in racing games. It's funny really. PGR4 mastered this.. and nobody noticed.

They have the long version from FM1 in (much more corners), as well as the more 'boring' short version that was in FM2..

The long version in FM1 was a very nice track. -- wouldn't mind seeing it make a comeback (and Blue Mountain as well).

Just because it's in New York, doesn't necessaraly mean it's the same track, you know. Hopefully not, as the one in FM2 was annoying, IMO...
