This video is also a test of our new direct to mp4 encoding system. Within a few days we are going to abandon all new wmv videos and only post mp4 files, with quite a nice quality gain in my opinion. Let us know what you think!
Will 60fps videos still display at 60fps in the streaming?
wmv3 in 1080p/60fps capture movie is a disaster for my michine which is core i5 2300+samgsung 830 ssd+8 GB DDR1333
win 7 64bit system
Nothing against WMV, but MP4 is superior, and already what I always use. So good move from Gamersyde.
I'm not sure if you know, but Playground Games (those are the actual developers of Forza Horizon, not Turn 10) consists out of people that used to work at Bizarre Creation and Codemasters. So it makes a lot of sense that you're getting a PGR vibe.
IMO this game is PGR5 in all but name. They just decided to use the Forza name for increased brand awareness.

Of course I know ;) They also have blackrock studio people.
It's nice to see that there are other people who also have so much love for the PGR series.
I wonder if this the first example of MS buying up talent to produce quality games. Were they responsible for this array of people getting together?
PGR is still the hallmark of finding the perfect balance b/w arcade and sim. This might be the first Forza game I buy since the original on og xbox.
