Frogwares was initially the developer of the upcoming Call of Cthulhu game for Focus Home Interactive. It's no longer the case as you learned recently since Cyanide has been working on it for quite some time. But Frogwares didn't abandon their idea of an open-world investigation Lovecraftian game and therefore here is the reveal of The Sinking City. A screenshot and a couple of artworks inside for this title that is "bigger than what [the studio] ever made". The team will bring a demo version at GDC.

@toelessfoot: Looks like a smart and cheap solution that. Wouldnt mind trying it. I don't get motion sick from Skyrim now, but that would keep it to a minimum for anyone trying it. (17 Hours ago)
