Xbox 360 PS3

At first I didn't want to put this video from the Xbox 360 version of Far Cry 2 online because it's blurry and not good looking, but since the Ubisoft booth is utterly crowded it's just not possible to do any more footage, so there it is. At least the gameplay itself isn't too bad, so there is that.
Update: This time I've put online the right video :)

Some of us appreciate how much effort you put into putting these videos up so whether its blurry or not thanks!! Video still looks awesome tho. Cannot wait for this game!

Thanks for the effort uploading all the videos!! , the video is not to much blurry, I see it fine. The game looks awesome, I love the environments, the color tones, the lighting and the details here and there. Gameplay looks so fine too, can wait for this game!

this game looks incredible and the map editor is a mega big bonus, everything about thi sgame seems awsome. Hope we can make maps with loads of AI so groups of friends can go about clearing the map =D

I really would appreciate some PS3 footage for comparison, if at all possible. We have seen every website post nothing but XB360 footage for months now, with absolutely nothing on the PS3 version.

You would think we we'd already have enough video of the XB360 version to last until the release of the game.

there is no ps3 version of the game in leipzig. but the 360 version looks really good and is fun to play!

Would people please stop asking this!?! It's because it's at a trade show and the crowd noise makes it all but impossible to hear the game.

Who cares??? They're going to look almost identical. Just look at the 360 version and imagine a ps3 controller in your hands! Besides, it's not gamersyde's fault. Most 3rd party developers prefer to show their games on the 360 first because it's easier to develop for so the games are usually a little further along in production or more polished.

Great video. I loved the part where he pinned the guy against the wall with the car and then got out and shot him in the head anyways. haha A bit of overkill maybe? Only thing that looked odd was that when he shot him, blood came out but the guys head didn't seem to move or react at all.

this game and its map editor have made it an official MUST BUY.

fucking people and their ps3 vs 360 footage, has no one got it the f*cking systems both look identical in pretty much EVERY game that has come out for both of them... i mean really just get over it already...

and the reason most footage of this game is 360, even the walkthrough of the editor is because its primary platform was for the 360.

I agree. Comparing platforms is stupid, especially when the video is a lower resolution anyway. So what if one looks better? Are you gonna refuse to buy the game now? Sure, there a couple of extreme nerds who have both consoles and would choose microscopic graphical enhancements over their preferred controller/friends list/online service... but hey, they're idiots. The only thing comparison videos do is cause pointless arguments that can never be solved.

Is there something I am doing wrong? Any video I get from this site since Wednesday has no sound to them. You guys taking the audio off because of noise at the events?

And the blurriness of the video isn't that bad, its still watchable. :-]

I'm surprised this game isn't getting more attention because It looks amazing. I can't believe the graphics they are pulling off in an open world game. I can't wait for it. But what was that insane reload sequence? Does this game have active reload like Gears of War where the gun can jam?

Yes but behind closed doors only. I was at a presentation and they demoed the editor on the PC version (the console versions will be the same with a different interface obviously). As soon as I have some time I'll give you the details of what I saw if some of you are interested.

Whether the 360 or the Ps3 version of the game I think it will look almost identical on both systems.. I'm sick of these comparison videos.. I'm sure I'll get the game because this is looking very good. :)
