Arrowhead Game Studios, the studio behind Magicka, is developing Helldivers for PS4, PS3 and PS Vita with cross-play and cross-save available. The top-down shooter is set in a "satirical and dystopian future" and features single-player campaign, up to 4 players coop and procedurally-generated battlefields.

Same. Simple premise, seems to be a twin stick shooter, looks quite simple visually. But it kinda reminds of warhammer, maybe the style? The "table-top-esque" isometric view. Dunno.
