It's not about the models. It's about the design of them. I agree, some of these looks bloody awful. That is simply not Chief Thunder, nor what I had in mind. That is Tonto from Lone Ranger. Stereotypical native American style look. Looks like a design for a native American they'd come up with in a 50's comic book.

I actually wasn't referring to the actual models, but the design. The design of the old characters, Chief Thunder in-particular was pretty bad. He was only "Indian" or "Native American" because of the stereotypical (borderline racist) portrayal of him in cutscenes.
Every news I see about this game makes me hate MS more and more. Hate the new designs... and where's the girls? Only 8 characters, I'm guessing Orchid will be the only one

The proportions on all the old characters were pretty weird, IMHO. I think for today's audiences, that wouldn't fly. Even Brink's characters looked more "natural" compared to KI's.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the original KI and Chief Thunder was my favorite character (which is why I was never a KI2 fan), but they were cool "back then". Nowadays, they just look odd and amateurish. (again, my opinion).
I like what I've seen in Chief Thunder and Saberwolf, so far.
Now, bring on my TJ Combo and Orchid and we're set!!!
