Tequila Works released Deadlight last year, a action-platformer set in a post-apocalyptic world and the studio is bringing Rime. Platform is still there but the world and art style are different.

this looks so beautiful...I thought it looked like a cross between wind waker and shadow of colossus in the video

Looks just like The Witness. And as much as I enjoy this aesthetic, it is kind of THE aesthetic for "sharply but not overly stylized" games, with some variations. It'd be nice to see something a little more original.

It is, and it's an art style. I'm not sure what you expect with games this stylised tbh, it looks like a conceptual painting, i don't really think you can get better then that if that's what your goal is. Kinda like journey.

This looks wonderful, will have to keep an eye on this one. Tequila Works sure know how to create a compelling atmosphere!
