I just hope this game gives me that SSX 3 feel. That was one of my favorite games of last generation.
Pretty sure you'll get that feeling, the tracks have plenty in the way of fun paths and feels amazing to play. Really smooth and fluid, good sense of speed, lovely vistas. This game is an all round winner so far.
Yeh I'm not just throwing out a baseless opinion here, loved every moment of it just felt so natural given I was only playing SSX 3 the night before to was almost like a return to form.

this is my problem with this game tho, i consider tricky to be the peak of the series. so it's not quite looking like a return to form for me. looks like it'll be about on-par with as you say, SSX3, i just wasnt a big fan of that game aside from the odd track like metro city.
ultimately tho, if they give us classic control scheme and it has split screen (ideally 4 player but i'd be fine with 2) then i'm sold. without them it's a no-sale, and so far from what i've read, split screen isnt in there. so already it's a no sale. i'll buy it when it's a tenner if anything. i dont supose i should be surprised tho, EA games that where great in split screen previous gen (NFS, burnout etc) just dont have the option this gen. pretty fucking lame IMO.
