They were singing "Dream On". Now, they will be in one of the most popular videogames. Yes, another musical game is in preparation, called Guitar Hero: Aerosmith for the PS2, PS3, Wii and X360. The famous rock'n'roll american band will be a signifiant milestone in the successful series story next June. Click for more details.
Aerosmith has been chosen among many other bands for its rich and varied musical catalog. Don't think this game is just "a musical game with specific songs on a disc to make more cash out of the Guitar Hero cow", but a chance to live the career of this quintuplet, with its historical moments. There's even the possibility to play some of the songs that inspired Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer. What does that mean exactly, that's a good question.
To celebrate this announcement, Activision will offer a free download of the masterpiece song "Dream On" (Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock) on the Xbox Live Marketplace from February 16-18. I think many guitars will rock on!
and it's just generally a wise thing to keep your expectations realistic. But I still wonder what he means. I'm looking forward to E3 anyway. Hope Bethesda will reveal their new game. BGS that is. (0 minute ago)
@GriftGFX: Yep but I wonder if he means sales wise or games. Because 360 wins that hands down. He also says he hopes everyone will be blown away by Scorpio. Not sure what would blow me away about it (2 minutes ago)
Still a better investment than a launch Scorpio, I guess :D (1 Hour ago)
