I saw this trailer on the official site waaay before Gamer's Day.
It's a pretty good launch game. Slightly above mediocre gameplay bumped up by the innovative weapons and the in depth muliplayer.

Also when you play Campaign co-op the game makes it harder and the enemies change locations everytime etc.

And this game is no longer 1080p (was it ever though? other than rumours).

No it never was.
It was only played on 1080p screens :)

It's 720p 30fps. Like Motostorm.
VF5 is 720p 60 fps.

Te lighting model is what really makes this game look good. The textures and model detail is kinda "Meh," but the lightining gives it a realistic enough feel to compensate. Lighting is everything.

not even close to wate the xbox 360 guys get in gear of war. if you compare the the grafix not the game play the clear winner is gear of war .

Honestly, this question really gets on my nerves. You don't see people asking why I should pay £300 to play COD2 do you? Don't ask stupid questions.

the reason people say they are spending that much for that game is because some people actually buy a console because of a MUST have game on the system, of course they will buy other games down the road, but they could live without most of those, this IS the reason some will buy a sp3, therefore they ask that question/
