nice cut scene! But we wont see real time graphics like that until PS4 or Xbox 720
These may actually be real time once the Dec. 25th update is released. However, they're not that technically impressive. If you play GT5P, you get scenes like this all the time, minus the people. The backgrounds are mostly simple geometry with 'photoreal' textures (because they are photos). Either way I have no doubt the PS3 could render this.
what dec. 25 update are you talking about?
wow that's nice i just got my copy. i had no idea it was going online can't wait! well this update be free?
there is no update, jigen is a liar
I wish Microsoft would release a nice holiday rolling screen saver for the 360 to play at Christmas parties and the such.

After seeing that I'm not so hot for GT5 anymore, especially the Prologue.. The most important thing why is it's bassicly GT4 with HD graphics, the game itself hardly changed (read: improved) at all.. It's still AI cars on rails not aware of you being there, who you can use as bumpercars to take corners etc.. Also no damage, no customization, and still no online 'yet'.. The lighting and cars in GT5 might look a bit better then in Forza 2, but as a serious racegame fan I take MS's racer over GT5:Prologue anyday.. PD has great legacy, but their are dropping the ball now, competition from MS is showing GT's weaknesses now and they need to address them..
Seriously, if the Prologue is more the 20 euro overhere I would never buy it.. Wait until the full game comes out and hope that's a lot better with updated gameplay and features etc.. Until then you better off playing Forza 2 if you're a serious racegame fan (that only plays on consoles)..
Merry Christmas!
:)
