Who gives a fuck if you believe that 60 fps at ridiculously unnecessary resolutions is the "only way to play" the game. It is not the only way to play the game. If it runs at 30 fps, that's acceptable, and that is playable. So long as you're having a blast with it. Good luck waiting on a PC port that might never come whilst the rest of us are having a ball.

Certainly is. The detail in this game is outstanding. It's a believable environment, which separates it from something like SR, which is just bollocks in comparison.

Oh come on.. really? The PC port is coming. Every single GTA game is on PC. I don't want to play this on 360 after playing GTA4 on the PC. That's the real issue.

This game will make the wait for ps4 sooooo much easier! I'm really hoping for more online info soon, I'd love to pull some heists and silly side quests with a group of friends, sounds great.

Yeah. I am. Because it will be a better experience. And I'm patient. And there are plenty of other games to play and plenty of other things to do while I wait...
I also don't expect it to take nearly as long as GTA4. It's not hard to imagine that marketing has a lot to do with GTA5's current stuck-on-last-gen status.

lol, facepalm, but next gen consoles like the xbox one and PS4 have been designed to run up to 4096 x 2160 resolution and your bitching at someone for wanting to run the game @ 2560 x 1440, id chose your words a bit more carefully next time you decide to hissy fit at someone.
there is no doubt at all that Rockstar are developing the PC version and unlike the unoptimised GTAIV Rockstar will be hard at work ensuring the PC version of GTAV will take advantage of all the modern PC hardware, i don't care if it takes them 6 months or even a year as there are plenty of games coming out that will easily help pass the time for when they are ready to release it, its not like GTAV is the only game coming out within the next 12 months now it it.

yes the irony of you moaning about someone wanting to run a game at 2560 x 1440 on a PC, who would have thought running a game at that resolution was unnecessary (go play a ZX spectrum if graphics/resolution mean nothing to you), it's called progression, are you jealous no current gen console can do higher than 1080p, you do realise full HD is no longer 1080p don't you!
ill put it in layman's terms for those finding it hard to understand, 4K as in 4096 x 2160 is what the industry is currently aiming for as the new "full HD" resolution, as ever the consoles will upscale to 2160P though some games may reach that resolution, i just love the instant experts who instantly shun the 4K res claiming it to be unnecessary, did they have the same attitude problem 8 years ago.
im no expert but i know the 4K res will be achieved fairly soon, more so for PC's but just as likely with the next gen consoles.
by the way rather than going off topic (BF4 lol) GTAV looks stunning on current gen consoles and should look better on the PC, just hope AMD get to optimise it, in fact i think AMD will get it as part of their "gaming evolved" brand, ill hesitate to say GTAv may even make an appearance on the next gen consoles which would leave no doubt in my mind for a PC release.

*color space*, never heard that one befor, i think ill stick to PC terminology that works, 8 years ago 1080p was still in its infancy but now its the same as standard definition (576i), it's old and technology has progressed, 8 years ago a 1080p TV cost over £2000 yet 6 years ago they got cheap enough so everyone could afford one, the same will happen with 4k, its still expensive right now but within the next 2-3 years the price will be at the same point 1080p TVs cost in 2007.
