The downside of this gametype is that people on your team can take the flags out and put them back in, stealing your points xD Hopefully that'll be fixed in the full game.

Is there any real reason why they should even allow you to remove flags from your own stockpile? It seems not letting you touch your own team's flags at all would solve that problem.

Surely it'll be corrected. That's what BETAs are for, right?

I guess I have to be the one to say: this looks average not gameplay wise (that looks great), but people having saying that the beta looks amazing but it just looks tight, nnothing special :(.

What...after all we've seen of Reach's MP so far, were you expecting it to look different?

wonder how many maps will come with the full game. I hope invasions got a good few..Bungie have a habbit of recycling maps from previous games though...i dont mind if they offer their fans that comfortzone in dlc..but on the disc i want all new stuff

I don't think they do that really that way. They do new maps inspired by older fan favorites. But nostalgia is a bitch, and no one is always happy with the results.

The should, yes like you said, concentrate on new stuff.

It is something completely new feeling

Also Stockpile is probably the worst mode right now in the beta to me. Especially in the maps they have provided.

ha ha ha at 8:20 the only red player in the blue base changed all the flags position outside the circle and what would be a 4 win flags was a lose by 2 ... now that is wrong very wrong!!!

That's what makes that game so fun though :)

The better the quality the footage, the more awesome the game looks in motion, and more headache the U-turns make me... who the hell thought that AA/Blur was a good idea?

Happens all the time in objective gametypes in the beta so far. I can't say I'm not guilty of it too. Sometimes you get on a team with no mics (or half the team in party chat) and no one seems to be working together on the objectives, so it all just falls apart. I can't wait until more people I used to play Halo 3 get in on the beta tomorrow and hopefully we can have a string of good games.

it makes sense to be able to remove your own teams flags. the capture points aren't in the safest area, so in certain situations it could make since to hold the flag somewhere else, then score at the last second...

i would understand if they changed it tho...

maybe they should make a new stat (saves) when you return a flag to a capture point after it has already been secured by a teamate...

If the alternative to being able to remove your own flags is having to defend them, then it really sounds like preventing you from taking your own flag is easily the way to go. Also, it'd prevent people from being assholes and removing flags just outside of the capture zone for no reason.

About the game

What's up?
  • KORNdog
KORNdog escaping is really tough though, took me a fair few tries, and isn't really worth the pay off. (31 minutes ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog @Moonwalker: i think there's only 2. die and escape. (43 minutes ago)
  • Moonwalker
Moonwalker Played Resident Evil 7 demo just now, finally on Xbox One now. I still miss a third person cam but they got the atmopshere nailed, really damn good. Has anyone here got all the endings? (1 Hour ago)
  • aphex187
aphex187 Wow noway i'll be buying CoD Remaster anytime soon, just over 200 people were playing it on PC in the last 24 hours :/ Rest of the maps are coming including Winter crash :( (3 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog it's the reason why the PS pro can't exceed the targeted framerates of the base console, even if it is more capable. it would create unfair advantaged. hell, you could argue it does already (3 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog @crookedmind: higher framerates = more responsive controls. pitting someone with a 25-30 fps version of BF4 with someone with a 50-60 fps version of BF4 would be pretty unfair. (3 Hours ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts @Tiz: I only played the Campaign in the Gears games, so can't say anything about Multiplayer. But Campaign wise, I stand by my previous comments. (5 Hours ago)
