Chicago Ted!
Multiplayer UI looks complicated. Nice change!

Looks like they want to go for a Half Life vibe with this, but they lack a distinctive art style. It all looks way too generic.

I was in the Beta for the multiplayer and it was fun, nothing groundbreaking... but, fun. That being said, the screens are definitely from the PC version, as the beta on the 360 didnt look anywhere near that good. I would rate the visuals below average for multiplayer on the 360... unless they changed dramatically from the Beta, which was only a month or so ago.

I am really looking forward to the single player game. I love games that take place on American soil. The feel of familiarity is incredible and adds a sense of urgency to everything.

I too find it hard to believe that can be anything but the PC Version with crazy ammounts of AA or resolution (downsampled). The beta had a crude and ugly look to it, almost in the ugly veins of something like MAG.
I don't believe the final product to be any better.

Even if it's from the pc-version, it still looks out-dated. It looks like STALKER graphics wise.

And again: still no gameplay!!!!

well that much is obvious, this most certainly wont be an overrated, multimillion seller (i'd be surprised if it breaks the million mark), but it sure as hell LOOKS like COD.

Love the depth shown on the Gametrailers walkthrough.

Well it does have guns and 'army people' in it, so I'll give you that.

That's clearly all it takes for some people.

Wow, anyone else get a serious MAG-come-COD vibe from the screens?

Yeah, I got more of a MAG vibe with the UI and features of the game, than CoD.

Really looking forward to this. For some reason I always prefer the underdog when it comes to these kinds of games. That plus, Frontlines: Fuel of War was a surprising treat.

yeah i liked frontlines with the remote control weapons. Hope they support the servers better this time though

I got MAG + Frontlines feeling in the gameplay I saw for multiplayer.
The only COD (Modern Warfare 2 to be exact) is how the guns are animated when you shoot and reload, and the on-screen points.

Been following KAOS since FFOW was first revealed, and I'm less impressed. FFOW had some solid design concepts and lacked any sort of polish. The game just "felt" wrong.

I don't expect a huge improvement here.

Looks unremarkable in every area, just another second string, forgettable FPS.

About the game

KORNdog escaping is really tough though, took me a fair few tries, and isn't really worth the pay off. (23 minutes ago)

KORNdog @Moonwalker: i think there's only 2. die and escape. (35 minutes ago)
  • Moonwalker
Moonwalker Played Resident Evil 7 demo just now, finally on Xbox One now. I still miss a third person cam but they got the atmopshere nailed, really damn good. Has anyone here got all the endings? (1 Hour ago)
  • aphex187
aphex187 Wow noway i'll be buying CoD Remaster anytime soon, just over 200 people were playing it on PC in the last 24 hours :/ Rest of the maps are coming including Winter crash :( (3 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog it's the reason why the PS pro can't exceed the targeted framerates of the base console, even if it is more capable. it would create unfair advantaged. hell, you could argue it does already (3 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog @crookedmind: higher framerates = more responsive controls. pitting someone with a 25-30 fps version of BF4 with someone with a 50-60 fps version of BF4 would be pretty unfair. (3 Hours ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts @Tiz: I only played the Campaign in the Gears games, so can't say anything about Multiplayer. But Campaign wise, I stand by my previous comments. (5 Hours ago)
