I can hardly recognize what's on the screen.

Looks like if at least 8 guys are shooting around on this screen :)

It's only the two main characters.
The one being dragged is firing his weapon.

Look closer it's the muzzle flash thats giving off the effect, if done properly this could look awesome in this game.
