It looks incredible though. It's like Eternal Sonata had forests and flowers and this game was like "forests and flowers huh? I'LL SHOW YOU FUCKING FORESTS AND FLOWERS!" *brain damage from colour and fauna overload*
In a good way though. Good brain damage.
It is a bit mad, I wasn't quite so confounded as you though :o
I guess foreign languages will do that to a person.
Well I just finished the demo and I have NO IDEA what just happened. This game is super bizarre! I think the, um, tree that tended the bar told me something significant so I ran into a forest where imp people tried to kill me. After sucking imp powers out of them I could soon enough roll boulders and stuff and before I knew it I was back in the bar yelling "RANDOM KANJI THINGY!!!!" and the demo ended. :O

[i'm looking forward to this]
I'm really taken to the panel-based cutscenes and prefer them over CG--they're slick and sexy, instead of the rubbery feeling CG cutscenes give off.
Game looks gorgeous. Kenshin is impressed, thanks :p
I believe the final product is supposed to be dubbed through and through with English as the primary language. Then again, all I have seen of the game so far has been one trailer, the GDC gameplay, and the Japanese demo.
