Yawn, they should have spent their time on other projects. This is a complete waste.
It's not a "complete waste".
Ever since it was coming out on LP I kept reading on forums that Ps3 owners wanted this game, and now they are gtting it, so I am happy for them.
They haven't put alot of work on this version considering its a port with extra features.
So once the game is in stores, they are probably going for their upcoming titles, like that rumored Lost Planet sequal type game.
LP was a great game on 360 so ps3 fans should be happy
this port looks like a rush job...if DMC4 can look equal between both platforms why not a game coming out months (a year!?) apart?
Because the PS3 was the main development platform, the problem with this game is mostly due to memory restraints.

...oh, and I currently only own a 360, if that matters to you.
Well, that is what says one of the team of 1up. And one that is a fan boy of sony by the way.
And if you see the comparative videos, i can see in some parts sharper textures in the 360s version.
and to compare myslef, i have notice sharper textures and better framerate in one scene on the 360 version from what ive seen
dude, if you watch the 1up thing, 1 person says HE FELT the ps3 version looked better, and Shane bettenhousen (however u spell it) actually said "really?" like he didnt agree, and if u know shane, he is somehwat of the resident PS3 fanboy so for him to not feel that way says alot..besides, watch any of the comparison videos and youll see there is little to no difference visually....everyone seems to be grabbing that one persons statement as a cruth to make themselves beleive the ps3 version looks better when EVERYONE else admits they are identical..and besides, the devs have said that the game leads on PC and then is ported to PS3/360..so no, its not a ps3 lead platform, its a PC lead

I personally see better ice effects in the PS3 version on those monsters and a little sharper textures in some of the PS3 scenes. Then again, those vids online have such horrible Bit Rates that you really can't tell shit.
1up.com previewers have been saying that they are not equal, and in fact the PS3 version runs noticeably better when you're actually playing it. They think it's due to it being the lead platform. That could change by release, but that is what their impressions were at this time.

All these reviewers know shit, they're all dumber than your average forum goer. IGN said Orange Box on 360 was a port of the Xbox 1 version for example...
The target here is Japan, japanese get a chance to play LP because there pretty much isn't a japanese user base for the 360..
