Images of No More Heroes

It is with pleasure that I share with you these images of the title in development at Grasshopper, No More Heroes, destined exclusively for the Nintendo Wii and to be launched December the 6th in Japan. Learn how to collect coconuts and to cut the grass like Travis Touchdown in the Santa Destroy city.

The characters looks nice overall, but the bad textures and saw buildings (jaggies) of the surroundings looks just wrong.

Graphics blah blah blah

This game looks just as unique art wise as Killer 7

Ok, this game MUST be Asian, only game where you can be in a sword fight one minute, then a heated battle of mowing the lawn the next.

And i LOVE how everyones saying "Art Direction" "Unique" Lmfao, thats hilarious, the i've never known any game on a current platform to make a game look like a game graphics wise from a few generations back.

This looks like it should be on the playstation, that isn't art direction, its laziness because they know they aren't going to get great graphics on the Wii so they go for the ubor easy way, make the graphics like like a PS game and call it art direction.

That isn't even cell shading lol. THIS is cell shading http://www.gameogre.com/reviewdirectory/upload/XIII.jpg

And textures have nothing to do with the awful models they have.

And you have nothing to do with real gamers. Go watch a Pixar movie if all you care about is graphics.

  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer oh yea that, Dragon Age was preloading at the time (1 Hour ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Maybe.. it's different for pre-loaded stuff too. (1 Hour ago)
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer @GriftGFX: well Dragon age extracted is suppose to be arround 20 gigs but the download was only 8 gigs or 15 gigs...procedure might be different for newer games (1 Hour ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX 45 minutes for this game would have to be like... 3+ megabytes per second. My Comcast can't do that. (1 Hour ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX My FFOW DL is almost 12.9 gigs and like 95% done. (1 Hour ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Steam appears to download extracted and installed, there's no install process once you finish downloading a game. (1 Hour ago)
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer D2D file right now is 9.2 GB's. I think it was less when I was downloading it (now its extracted) I am pretty sure Steam works the same way. 12 gb is probably the extracted size :P (2 Hours ago)
