CDV's Sacred 2: Fallen Angel is set to be released on March the 24th, and this week they are showing images from the Xbox 360 version. The two characters Temple Guardian and Seraphim are presented, two of the six playable.

Magic in this game isnt actually magic, but rather "T-Energy", which is a form of technology from an ancient civilization. Nanobots perhaps :P
There are plasma pistols and stuff in the game too. Even a Stargate-esque plasma-shooting staff.
I bet he isn't talking about the legendary Baldurs Gate's rather he is talking about the boring console games which were all about button mashing. Which I was almost forgotten already... Hmm there was that Fallout game like it too. Argh why did they have to make those games?
