Hopefully, it'll be better than the first one.
but i just hope THQ haven't dumbed it down for the players that gave up after 10 tries of a stunt. I know I tried each stunt about 50 times before moving on. Insanely hard game, which was why it was fun. It took skill, practice, and precision.
Edit: just realised these guys made spy hunter and terminator 3. next!
Just making a pile of cars in the stunt ramp mode and flying through them (with insane slowdown) was more wow than the PS2 perhaps ever had.
Carmageddon1 PC, Carmageddon2 PC and Stuntman went down in history as the best inhouse physics engines of their time.
Unfortunately Stainless Software made the quite poor Novadrome for XBLA instead of making a kickass Carmageddon remake (which was hella fun in LAN), and by the looks of these screens, Reflections isnt going next-gen with this one either.

Adventure Racing anyone? :D
The First Screenshot reminds me in SPEED DEVILS Online (Dreamcast).
The Screens look's really shitty, but with a Dreamcast VGA Box on a Plasma it look's great for a 1999 Game:

/me scratches this off the list permanently.
Oh and since DavidDC mentioned the DC, I'd like to give props to Vigilante's 8. It was a mixed bag but still closest to Carmageddon or Twisted Metal we've been for the past 6 years (twisted metal black was last-gen meh).
