This game is awesome!
Still waiting for Yakuza2!!!
Completed Yakuza1, awesome game!
There is a Yakuza racing game for the 360 but this is a completely different franchise for the PS3, there were two Yakuza games for the PS2, only the first one came to America.
Can't wait as I'm really interested in playing during the era in the game.
THREE is going to kick some major Yakuza ass literally
But, wow, this game ia nice consolation!!! Great chara design, great athmosphere.
But what is that snake-thing??? Looks funny ^^ And just an absolutely WOW at those last screens *pant*
The second game IS on its way, so no need for consolation. :D
But now, as we see the 3rd title, I really doubt if much people will buy the 2nd... It's way too late for it.
Hm... by thinking back how cool the first was... Well, I guess I'm gonna buy it however *lol*
I'm thrilled that they're essentially using him again for this, and I hope that becomes a trend with this franchise to keep it fresh. I mean they can put it in any time period as long as Kiryu has his base personality treats.
Well nobody bought the first so I don't think we need to worry about 2 selling at all. I know I'm gonna get it though. I thought the first one was absolutely ace, and Kiryu Kazuma one of the coolest characters to come along since Solid Snake made his "Solid" return in 98.

in Japan both titles sold quite well (first one ~750k copies , 2nd one ~ 560k) , but outside of Japan it wasn't well received
I guess the Final Fantasy with random Spikeout battles approach didn't really go down as well over here.
