only thing i dont like about this is u cant skip the intro scene. so once u guys get the game just be prepared to watch the whole thing over again.

oh and Lemetre, the rest of the vid is to introduce all the skaters you will be playing with in the game. like you will see Big Black in the game and everyone else u saw in the Vid.

You don't need to watch the intro a 2nd time unless you create a new skater.

yes you do, just watch the video on this page and that will be the first time you see it. buy the game, you're going to see it again and cant skip it.

Anyone know if this video plays when caching the game to the HDD? Tony Hawk Project 8 did that with a video too, took a few minutes if the game wasn't cached on the HDD (if you cleared your cache or played ~15 games).

Live action movies are fun, reminds me of the early CD-ROM games days, but I didn't really like being forced to watch the video, it was pretty long.

well the live acting is the only time u will see it in the game, the rest of the games cutscenes are done from in-game. but i guess it all depends if u just like skateboarding. cause you dont need to do the career mode in this game to have a fun time. it kind of feels like you're an actual skateboarder. oh and yeah u dont unlock new tricks in this game, you get all the tricks right from the start.

the only thing that is a big plus with the career mode is you get to unlock certain areas like new skate parks and stuff like that.
