That's hyped me up a ton :D

Looks like they've really improved it.

I just hope this one doesn't punish you for roaming around and goofing off... the same went for Dead Rising. I tend to find a lot of enjoyment in screwing around before I get to the actual mission at hand. That's one thing that I liked about Crackdown. I collected every jump orb that I could before I even bothered with fighting people lol.

The visuals are a bit hit-and-miss, but at it's best the game can look amazing! Pretty impressive engine they've got there I must say.

1000 square miles is ridiculous, most of it will be long stretches of copy/paste nothingness obviously, but somehow it's still admirable that they're aiming for such scope.

Looks like fun anyways, will be keeping an eye on this one for sure!

You just pointed out the only sandbox game out there that actually punishes you for goofing around, and that's because Capcom are a weird bunch. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Agreed. Some of the enviromental scenes look breathtaking but then you see the vehicles and characters up close and... not too good.

A little off topic, but does anyone know yet if they fixed that problem for Dead Rising 2 that you were discussing?

What's most impressive about the scale is how well it's rendered. The draw distance is amazing, it reminds me of Crysis how great things look even at a distance.

Everything looks amazing in this game except it seems to suffer from the same motion issues as sped-up film. Everything just moves, not too fast, but too, I don't how to say it...too easily, without the right amount of momentum for its speed.

Other than that, this game could be incredible! Let's home the game play makes me forget these tiny graphical deficiencies.

IRAIPT0IR I think a story should be the last thing in a list of things that goes in a videogame, fun gameplay being the first. IMO. (3 Hours ago)
