I'm really looking forward to this one.I'm the hugest fan of the brilliant Excitetruck and although i doubt Joy Ride will match that game's pace and thrill exactly, it does look like a relaxing fun play
The one trouble i find with all car games using traditional controls is that unlike real car analog ie real steering wheels, there just isn't enough sensitive range there.I can play any one of these games using analog but it's almost as if the difference bewtween slightly and quite a lot, is in fact the tiniest allowed space.I give up half the time and twitch the desired control- and in all honesty people don't even know what analog control consists of when you watch them jerking mentally at their sticks
Just perhaps this method will allow more precise detection and for that i'm very hopefull.Game looks fun too in a stunt track type way
when this was a free avatar based racer i was actually looking forward to it. seemed like a nice, simple "kart racer" for the 360. not so much now tho. they've made it a kinect game and destroyed any potential it initially had.
