Microsoft has sent us the launch trailer of Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary. The HD remastered version of the original Xbox classic game will be available on November 15th.
I really hope this runs at 720p. That is, 1280x720... not the false advertising i see on many so called 'HD' games these days.
Anyway, this is easily my most anticipated game this year above batman, uncharted 3, COD3, BF3, Skyrim, Gears 3, Forza4, and any other game. The wait is just torture!

Holy crap, nice job on being such an awesome dad! You guys are gonna have an awesome day! Very cool day together for sure.
I played the original with my brother over Xmas break and we played that thing non stop. Me and him are gonna fire this thing up and do an all nighter co-op online. It's gonna be a very cool day/night for a lot of people, especially those who remember how much this game impacted them back in the day.
Well to be fair, I don't think taking your child away from been educated is the smart thing to do, but he's a good lad and life's too fucking short, if we cant treat ourselves now and again, we might as well just curl up and die.. plus halo fricken rules.

look at games like CoD, see the story? see the changes they make each game? yeah.. fifa makes more changes now than CoD does, and not just CoD many others do it, least Halo brings a different style to each game, offers something new to the series separating it from previous games.

Worst thing would be if the framerate would still be asviffy as was OG CE, and some previews say it still is. I hope not.
