12 chapters, 50 levels, semi-open world action/adventure...its gonna last hours of fun!
Some previews are saying they played around 8 hours and they were still in chapter 3.
Also, you can tame some beasts and mount them for combat and some platforming.
I think this game is going to be like Darksiders interms of how the gameplay is designed.
Still excited but its funny to see them finally release some honest to god screen shots that show the game will not have 16XAA and all the other post processing the original screens had. At first it appeared this game would compete with God of War 3 in terms of engine, with these 'real' screens the engine gets knocked down a notch.
Still pumped to play it for the atmosphere and HOPEFULLY the game play is solid.
Could definitely use some anti-aliasing and post-proc effects, but it's still a nice looking game. Hopefully it will actually be a good game too, and break the curse of every 3D Castlevania game always being absolutely terrible.
