Xbox 360

Lost Odyssey also was presented at the Press Briefing, with a brand new trailer. Blue Dragon was there too, with a video showing what happened after the Jump Festa trailer's action. As far as I can tell, both are 100% cg.
Update : All videos have been removed at Microsoft's request.

really want these games now. Lost Odyssey is using the unreal 3 engine isnt it so the character could be done in realtime. The environments looked far to detailed to be realtime though. Cant wait til these are out.

All hail Blimblim!!!, as always you had the vids the first, with the best quality and free, thanks a lot.

I don't think those are realtime, probably we'll see games like those realtime in a few years but not right now.

I don't understand why the japanese are still hooked on the cgi presentations. This is so ps1 era, it's just sad. THey should get with the times and release in game engine trailers. Nobody gives a shit about CGI anymore, they want to see the game. CGI intros/presnetation dont do anything to me, and im sure to alot of other people.

i wouldnt say nobody gives a sh1t about cgi..the japanese obviously do and the sony brigade do too, but saying that i find it rather odd too (gundam was game footage though)
i wouldrather see gamefootage no matter how bad it looked (as in the case of frame city killer if all they released was cgi we wouldnt know how bad that game looks lol)

but very excited about bluedragon

Damn that Lost Odyssey looks bad ass!!! The character model for Kaim is definately real time though. I think this one of those "CG trailers using in game assets" type deals.

Just to let you know, I will die if that landscape at the end was real time.

Blue Dragon is the same as last year.

Agreed, he looked cooler before.. You know Takeshi Kneshiro (onimusha and onimusha 3) would've been awesome as a character for this game. He just has the right face for an ancient warrior.. Still the game looks amazing and can't wait to play it.

Never really liked blue dragon's look before..but after playing dragon quest 8 and loving akira toriyama's style! starting to like the art style!

Can't wait for the demo and game end of 2006.. ps3 is going to have a hard time with it's release this fall in japan with these games hitting xbox360
