Lost Planet: 3 videos!

Lost Planet: 3 videos!

It's also party time for Capcom since here are nothing less than 3 new-ish videos of Lost Planet: Extreme Conditions. So today we get the third Webisode, a multiplayer video (demo available on the marketplace since yesterday!) and some parts of the third mission. It's worth noting that these videos have been converted for whatever reason to 25 fps by Capcom Europe, and they certainly didn't do a good job at that :/

Awesome. But one problem...where the hell is the background music?
It got awesome music but it is shut down or something. If the game dont have background music all the time then it sucks. Its not a stealth game that you have to have the game quite, it is very cinematic, and yet I have not seen one gameplay in SP that have background music.

LOL at terraforming, I was watching a show talking about how Nasa plans to warm Mars so that humans can live on it.

Constant BGM sucks, it gets annoying if you hear it all the time, event driven BGM works much better, take Halo and GOW for example

The old demo had no music, I think it's on some moments where you hear the music.

MP rox my sox! Love all the explosions everywhere and the big guns and bots.

I hope that the VS's in the MP fullversion are able to use those rocket boosts, that's so awesome, then you can slide over the snow and fly a while through the air.

(don't know what I'm talking about? Download the SP demo and go find a bot, then press X during jumping or moving)

About the game

What's up?
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX FFA deathmatch is pretty fun in OW even though it's totally not balanced. Great Tracer practice. (2 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog The Orville episode 3 was amazing. Very heavy topic but handled it extremely well. (2 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX I wasn't really setting up any specific comparison at all. I said modern phones and many PCs. That's pretty vague. You can set whatever limits on that you want. (4 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Granted.. synthetic benchmarks are just that.. but in Geekbench 4 a Snapdragon 835 can outperform a Q9550.. which is definitely faster than the E6600. (4 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX My personal history of personal computing goes back to 8-bit computers. I think 2017 ARM CPUs are amazing. (4 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX @droezelke: I said E6600.. and its single core performance in synthetic benchmarks is certainly comparable. But yes. You can go back to the 80s. I didn't say anything about them being modern. (4 Hours ago)
  • droezelke
droezelke @GriftGFX: no, a snapdragon 835 does not have computing power of a Q6600 (9 years old). Do you really want to go further in time to prove your statement made sense? (4 Hours ago)
