I like MW2 trailer better. I was SO hyped for MW2 and I played the hell out of it. Maybe that's why it wore out on me... that and all the talent at Infinity Ward jumping ship to Respawn Entertainment.

Will it sell millions? Yes. Will it be better than BF3? No. Done.

It's a ok trailer to me, and this trailer is for the few people unaware of a cod getting ready to drop next month.Worried? hell i don't know GS, but they need a better trailer imo.

I'll just say what inevitably must be said here when MW invariably raises it's aged and archaic head these days in that it's always going to be compared to a certain other game, and to be honest about it as I can, that other game just literally shows this game for what it now is: a silly decrepit mess. The trailer is very bad, BF3 launch trailer was amazing.

But in the end, MW3 will be better MP for me (unless its becomes a disaster like MW2), much more vairety in modes and gameplay styles other than 5 modes (BF3) and thats that, and has online MP splitscreen which is a big plus for me.
IMO BF3 just lacks content compared to what MW3 is offering, only wow factor I see in BF3 is visuals and scale and has that real war feeling (which is amazing btw).

I will buy both for SP.

But will end up playing MW3 for MP.

I find MW3 to be more challenging/fun online. Less camping and more -in your face- combat.

COD is more arcedy and fast paced action.
BF is more real life war simulation.

It depends what you want, I for one love fast paced action so obviously COD (my ONLY guilty pleasure in gaming) is gonna be more my thing.

BF has tons of camping, but ALL shooters has campers, its just that COD has more chance of taking the campers out quickly compared to BF and easier to spot.

If you play BF chances are like in the 90, that you will get shot by someone who hides in the bushes. You can't be walking/running in the open. CoD doesn't share that much camping.

In CoD things get very hectic and because of that you can run around. I personally never stopped moving in CoD. It's very twitchy. The moment you see something move you shoot.

It's all about reaction time in CoD. How well/fast can you react/aim. Personally I find that to be more challenging, than hiding somewhere in the bushes and waiting for someone to pass by.

Just my opinion.

Camping in bushes wont let You win a single match in Rush so Your point aint good bro :p Just saying.

Camping in bushes, hiding behind rocks, being a worm on the ground...its frekaing annoying.
Sometimes in BF3 beta I got shot randomly even behind something, I swear, sometimes I wonder if the game has unkown killerbees lol.

CoD is arcadey and twitchy, you always have to be on the move and on the edge of your seat, hence the fast paced gunplay.
Yes the corner campers are freaking annoying, but seriously the shooting genre in MP will always have campers, one be worse the other.

I dont hate the people who play BF, god bless them and I wish I had the same mentality as them because I love the visuals, sound, music, team player, but I cant because of the huge maps, camping and clunky movement.

In COD its basically lone wolf, everyone for themselves lol.

I will check some BF3 TDM gameplay and has more videos and see if I may like it or not, but for now, nope.

No I am afraid the answer is that Activision don't need to heavily advertise COD at this point, everyone is already aware of it and it's essentially critic proof. EA are the one's who have clearly spent millions to hype their title because they feel like they need the advantage, all the while bullshitting the dozy gaming public with nothing but PC footage. There is actually no evidence at all to suggest that linear games are going anywhere but are in fact increasing in popularity with the sector of the gaming community that has a life outside of some dull "open" virtual world.
