Eidos released these images after yesterday's trailer of Tomb Raider: Underworld, showing more of the same Thailand environment. The game is planned to hit the stores on November 21st, on Playstation 3, Xbox 360, PC, Playstation 2, Wii and DS.
Forests look even better than Uncharted, but not nearly as good as MGS4. Overall it's shaping up nice though. They need to release more screenshots of wet Lara. That's what's gonna sell the game.
i just don't get why people keep saying that this game is visually better than uncharted, it's just an asinine thing to say imo, i don't think any of them have played uncharted. the game looks promising, but all of this totally undeserved graphics hype would just cause the game to be a disappointment for many for the wrong reasons.

I have Uncharted sitting beside me right now, and while some parts of the game are very impressive, it definitely isn't worthy of most of the praise it recieves (graphics-wise). What we've seen of this certainly looks better.

Owning a PS3 (and Uncharted), whilst being an excellent game, this looks better. Anyone who says otherwise is simply idiotic and brainwashed by Sony. It's not like it matters though - as this will be out on all consoles anyway!
Looking beyond all the juvenile Lara Croft nonsense, the TR games are solid action/adventure titles. Well, at least they have been since CD took over. Even parts 2, 3 & 4 were good if very samey. The less said about Chronicles and Angel Of Darkness the better though.
This one is definitely going on my Christmas list. Can't think of a better kind of game to kill those long boring afternoons during the festive season.
Only one negative thing I can say about this and that's the release date.
It's going up against the likes of Gears 2, Banjo 3 and probably Resistance 2.
While this looks stunning, it could end up being overlooked until the new year.

A definite problem for me. I'm a huge fan of these new Tomb Raider games, but with everything else coming out, there's not a chance I'll be getting it until next year. Delaying it would be in their best interests, I think.
Tomb Raider look better then Uncharted that's for sure Uncharted looked kinda cell shaded well the characters models did anyway and the environments was just too shiny all in all tho it was a OK game.
